This is not directly diving related (though there is an option for it too), but since I know many of DB members work in aquaculture industry, I thought perhaps some of you could give me some tips, advices, or contacts. I hope my post won't be considered improper for this forum.
A very good friend of mine asked me for help with selling one of premises he owns. He is the owner of an important company - wholesale breeder and exporter of aquarium fish. He owns also an aquaculture farm with own geo-thermal heating (free source of energy) in Slovakia (EU, Central Europe). However, the distance from all his other facilities causes him logistical problems, so he's now concentrating all his business in Prague, and wants to sell the geothermal farm.
The farm comes with a huge land property in a beautiful, touristically attractive, and environmentally preserved countryside, in a proximity of a spa town, so it can be used not only for aquaculture, or heated agriculture, but could be easily transformed into spa, swimming pool/aquapark, sport utility (i.e. golf), hotel or holiday center. And of course, it is interesting also for any other technologies that could profit from free energy supply. There are many hiking, biking, skiing, or hunting opportunities in close environment. It is close to a major international city/airport - Wien (Austria, EU, 200km). Two other capitals - Bratislava (Slovakia, EU) and Budapest (Hungary, EU) are even little bit closer (~150km).
