Bluelba Diving, located on beautiful Elba Island, Tuscany, Italy is looking for one dutch/german or both speaking instructor for summer season 2026. We offer: Competitive fix salary according to cv and experience, commissions on total turnover, accommodation and last but lot least a friendly, familiar and professional working environment. Dates can be flexible. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and patient, teaching oriented, equipped with good communication skills and motivation. Possibility of a multi year collaboration for the right candidate evolving towards more managing position. Couples instructor-dive master or Instructor-instructor are welcome. Boat license and experience with boats will be a big plus reflecting on your salary. This is a full time teaching position. More detailed information will be given privately to applicants.
