3ml - excellent pool or tropical suit, stretchy enough for dynamic, warm enough for static, smoothskin outside, nylon inside so easy to put on - £70
7ml - strong and warm outdoor suit, nylon outside, open cell inside so it sticks to you and keeps you warm but is strong enough for rock hopping, sitting on the odd rough edge, and the heiwa is so stretchy you won't know its a 7ml - £130
