I think you are referring to a "nose clip"? Such as this:

By goggles do you mean fluid goggles (filled with water) or just regular swimming goggles? Swimming goggles you can by basically in any store that sells sporting goods...The fluidgoggles (useful for divers) can be purchased on line from liquivision:
