:D my name is cody and i'm from Northern California and have been very interested in getting into freediving for a while now. I've actually been used to holding my breath for a long time at least swimming once across the lap pool underwater. but who knew there was so much more to it :D looking forward to meeting all of you and training with you so I can get started and move forward with my training.
Have fun and stay safe
BB,
Cody

Welcome, Cody. There's a wealth of information on this site, so feel free to look around, use the search function, and generally dive in headfirst. This is a great place :)

Hello Cody,
My name is Rob and I am also from NorCal. Where are you planning on diving? I usually dive around Fort Bragg in June and August, for abalone and spearfishing. Let me know if you are interested.
