Vacation Scuba Dive in his thirties (end of *g*) who likes to learn Freediving.
Still here to read and get a rough Outline about "all" which concerns Freediving.
Have booked a AIDA Freediving Course end of Decembre (@dive4life Siegburg) and I am exited what is going to happen next.
Unfortunately i had an 6 month "Sport Timeout" and started runinnig and swimming 3 weeks ago again.
Before this timeout i was running HM, M and some Trailrunning Stuff.
Ah ... forgotten to tell about my Homebase
I am living in Oberhausen (Germany / NRW) and working in Düsseldorf.

After my Course iam still searching for a/some buddy/s to improve my freediving skills.
