Welcome to the forums! I've spent a few weekends scuba diving off of Panama City Beach and Pensacola, but haven't gotten into spearfishing yet. It does seem like I'm constantly hearing of new artificial reef deployments in the FL panhandle -- really impressive how many they've been deploying to attract fish, and divers/spearos.
