Hello everyone, I look forward to reading up on the wisdom of others contained on this site and sharing some of my experiences as I progress.
My name is John, 39 years of age, and I recently got serious about free diving after a hiatus of at least 15 years. I grew up free diving deep pools in the Merced river that flows out of Yosemite National Park and also did some pole spearing in the early 90's while visiting friends in Pacific Beach San Diego.
I'm also involved in Kayak fishing and I go with the same screen name on the web at NCKA.org (norcal kayak anglers).
