Hey thank you. It started when I was a kid and went on until my twenties. Then just had life stuff for a while - now back and getting updated. Wow the new knowledge, physiology, psychology, training. And what nice gear we have these days.

Susanne, I was also a competitive swimmer in my teens, I was swimming from a very early age like 5 or 6 & carried on into my early 20s but that was 30 years ago!
Amazingly, only last night I came across an old competitor of mine, LOL, we both admitted just how tough all that pool swimming was & how we both remember all those relentless miles of practice!
I just float around now rofl

All those miles! All those CO2 tolerance laps. All that breath-holding... Early conditioning. They say that the thing you do before you are 6 is the thing....
