Hey I'm planning a vacation to do some spearfishing. I should plan for viz from 5ft. to 20ft. I already have a 75cm and 90 cm Omer Excalibur guns that I just love and use in my fresh water spearing. Can I get away with using this two guns in saltwater diving ? I kind thought it would be cool to get 110cm but that be dropping some money on something that would get some limited use. I could use that money toward vacation expenses or other little goodies for the diving! I probly already know the answer but want to hear some peoples opinions to help me decide!

thanks for any replies

wrigtsville jetties and couple shipwrecks near nags head NC close to shore! I know they are shallow but should be fun though. I've talked to afew people that dive them regularly on a scuba board and they are usually covered in some good fish!
