Hey All,

Haven't dived in quite a while due to winter - My speargun is around 10 years old at least and the handle has degraded. Rubber grip on the Rob Allen Sparid has just fallen to pieces and the remaining grip area has become very tacky, staining my gloves with the blue.

Photo for reference:

Any suggestions for redoing the handle will cost around $40-50 with shipping for a new grip that I need to wait to order in.

Cheers.

Mouldable like plasticine, sets into a stiff rubber consistency and sticks very well. I've used it on allsorts including dive torches and it hasn't come off anything yet.
