Hi!

I can feel my ''inner ears muscles'', or whatever they're called, so i can equalise hands free, but when I have to equalise underwater i can rarely make them work together. It often happens that only one ear equalises and sometimes I can't equalise at all.:vangry
Does anybody know any excercise or technique how to make them work together and at any time?

Thank you all in advance!!! rofl
