Hey everyone,
I’ve noticed a lot of freediving-related content popping up on TikTok lately — from breath-hold techniques to safety tips and even training routines. Some of it looks helpful, but I’m not always sure how reliable it is compared to what we learn through proper courses or experienced divers.
For those of you who use TikTok, has it actually influenced the way you train or think about freediving? Have you picked up anything useful from it, or do you mostly stick to traditional learning methods and in-person coaching?
