In SCUBA, I have no problem equalizing while descending head-up. In freediving, however, I have trouble equalizing head-down, which stops me from descending deeper even though I have enough breath to continue. Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Youseed - there are many threads about this on DB, just search and you'll find lots of info. Your problem is very common for beginners - if you can take a Freediving course it'll really help you.. All the best!
