hey everybody I’m planning a spear trip to Maui Hawaii and never been there before! I know everything’s super expensive but other than that can anyone give me any tips or recommendations on what to do and not to do? Anything would be helpful. Thanks

Don’t strap your catch to your waist and keep your head on a swivel. Avoid the big groupers by the reef. Know the regulations well. Carry a fish identification card. When I went, I hired a guide for the first day to help me with some of that stuff. Then I just hit the same spots he took me too. But that was on Kauai. Have fun!
