Little reef about 300m or so out from my resort. A bit of wildlife, but not much. A few little black fish, some brain corals and some crabs floating in the current.
Looking to go to Sosua and also swim with the dolphins nearby!!
I had anxiety, until I saw other lifeforms, then I got a sense of calm over me. Odd, but reassuring.

It was pretty neat. Sosua has some neat little reefs in clear water and I was able to go 1 atmosphere deep - but without a reliable / trusted buddy, dare not go deeper by myself.
I was impressed with my dolphin kick with scuba fins - very powerful for quick acceleration. I'm just starting to refine it.
Played around with my new superocchio - no issues with equalization (I'm a newbie)
Also did some DYN in the pool with a scuba weight belt and scuba fins.
I swam with the dolphins in an "ocean world" park and even performed in the dolphin show with them as an audience volunteer.
Great way to "get my feet wet" with freediving!!
