Healthways speargun ???

I have recently aquired a vintage Healthways "competition" speargun. The unit is complete less bands. I have searched the net extensivly and had no luck finding out much info. Can anyone give me some details on the gun or the company in general.

I think the company no longer exists but I believe you could easily adapt new bands.
