heart murmurs during static

Sometimes when my heart beats it is painful. Other times instead of beating normally it does this weird "gushy" thing, which is also painful.
I told one of my doctors that when I am nervous I get both, and he said it was called heart murmurs. (That was before I started getting it during statics.)

Sounds like you should get an echo cardiogram to see if there is any problem with your heart. I got one recently since I have what sounds like a heart murmur. However, it turned out that there is nothing actually wrong with my heart physically, it's just noisy!
