The Uwatec Galileo Sol supposedly has a (Polar) HRM:
Uwatec Galileo Sol with Heart Rate Monitor & Air Transmitter - DiveLife - Scuba
Haven't seen much less tried one though...I guess it's not even out yet? And it's pretty expensive.
So in short - no such watch quite yet, but uwatec seems to be the first to try.
Surprisingly many regular HRMs don't work with water at all, so be sure to check that before buying.
The Suunto T6 does have an barometer that you can use as a depth cauge, if you do the calculations in your headBut unfortunately the HRM part doesn't work under water in that one either...
An oximeter would be so useful. I would like to know what my O2 level is when training, and also to prove to other people that holding my breath for 2min is not depriving my brain of oxygen! If it had also an integrated oximeter, it would be even better.
