Hi everyone, feels nice to have found a dive/freediving forum.
I'm from Sweden/Italy but currently live in Honduras.
I started freediving some time ago and got addicted quickly, now I just need to be great at it asap
Anyway will be nice to learn from all of you guys.
If anyone have good tips to improve just throw it in here, would appreciate it. I have problem equalizing at depth around 22 meters and thats what hinders me from go any deeper. I do 5 min 20 sec static.
Well yeah tell me whatever you feel is important or a story about yourself
