Hi, I'm Ben I live in London and I'm new to spearfishing and freediving. I'm going to sardinia in June and plan to have a go at a bit of spearfishing (with a friend who has previously done it).

In the meantime I'm having a look at london freediving clubs so I can try and get to grips with good breath hold technique etc...

Anyway love the look of the forum
