I've been a lurker on this site for a while and finally made an account after I decided a change in my life was needed.
Depression, anxiety, and the stresses of life on land have, for me, accumulated to dangerous levels and its time to seek out peace for myself. The most peaceful I have ever felt is growing up swimming and snorkeling in the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful Rainbow and Crystal Rivers, and of course Ginnie Springs.
Currently I reside in Albuquerque, NM...a place I love and is home for now but I'm working on getting fully certified in recreational SCUBA diving so I can move back to FL and begin this entire new, exciting, peaceful phase of my life.
