Hello all,
My name is Ingo and I'm new to this forum.
Really interested in freediving, although with a personal best of 1 min, 11 seconds I feel a bit embarassed about it.
Maybe someone could direct me to a forum or thread, to help develop my breath-holding technique ?
Look forward to meeting you,
thanks
Ingo.

Hi

This forum has a lot of information on improving your statics. This page alone has at least two threads on statics. Page 4 has a thread entitled 'Best Preparation for Static" which should have some helpful info.

Welcome to DeeperBlue.

Thanks BatRay,
I look forward to reading and learning what looks like a huge amount of information before I even think about going back into the water. I never realised there was so much "lingo" .
Thanks again BatRay
Ingo.

Hello Fuzz,
That's the perfect start for me, thank you.
I appreciate it,
Ingo.
