Hello guys,

I'm Ian, living in Brazil. I used to live by the coast until I was 10, now I live about 120 miles from there, but going with a reasonable frequence. I'm about to move to the coast again (some life decisions going on).

I enjoy surfing and there's a part of me that has always been attracted to big wave surfing, or at least watching it, since I'm not yet ready for it. So I'm in a personal quest to improve myself for bigger surf. It's not going to be easy, will take dedication and humbleness to know where the limits are, but I'm confident I'll have what it takes to get there.

I never did free diving, but believe apnea training is one of the pillars of a good big wave surfing training (along with long distance swimming). Thought would be a good idea to share my training drills, doubts and get some advice from the pro's!

Enough writing!
Nice meeting you all
