Hello freedivers,
I want to introduce my self and my place. My name is dito, I've been freediving for 1 year, now I'm holding AIDA**. I live in south Kalimantan (the biggest island in Indonesia). Here, in south Kalimantan, the ocean life was very varies, just like Bali, but with low visibility, and stronger current almost at all area.. For that reason, in my place, both diving and freediving are not popular. So, if anyone from DB want to visit south Kalimantan for certain reason and want to try free diving here, don't hesitate to contact me, maybe i can suggest the spot for spearfishing or freediving.

Regards

Dito, welcome to the forum! I know that one of the Team Leaders will certainly post some appropriate information for you soon, but I wanted to say Hi! I have a good friend in Jakarta who mentioned diving in Kalimantan...if I go see him in this year, I will certainly drop you a line and see if you want to do some freediving!

In Jakarta, there are lots of places for diving and freediving, especially at thousand island (one of biggest freediving organization in Indonesia, "let's freedive" came to those island almost every two weeks).
