9mm - I certainly wouldnt recommend anything that thick tbh. Youd need a lot of weight to compensate for buoyancy and youd also over heat 90% of the time. Most folks up here use 5 mm or7mm in the summer. I use a 7 pretty much all year and have an 8 for Jan/ Feb /Mar and after that its just way too hot.
