Hi all, I'm new on here, living in Sri Lanka (galle) but currently in Phuket for a few weeks. I'm hoping to find a few fellow fishermen to share some boat trips with.. if anyone is interested then get in touch. Looking at getting a boat out to some of the islands in search of some sashimi!

Welcome to Deeperblue! Sounds like you have an opportunity for a very interesting trip. I've moved your thread to the Asia regional subforum. You might have more luck finding locals that way. I recommend using the search function and responding to threads posted by other folks from the Phuket area. That would increase your chances of success.
