Hi guys,

Just a quick Hello from the heart of South Wales uk :)
Am a 21 year old keen SCUBA Diver looking to get into the art of Freediving (soon the as the weather cheers up eh?) haha!

Im an absolutley Noob at freediving so I will be asking the worlds most basic questions on how to get started etc (well thats what you here for right?) :D
