My first post on this forum. A big HELLO from Lausanne, Switzerland! I fell in love with this sport, and I have been hanging around on the forum to find some good training/stretching routines!

I did my freedive certification in Thailand and Malaysia with Rich and Sarah who turn out to be in Phuket now: they just arrived a few days ago. If you want I can put you in touch with them-
