My name is Sergio Penzo and I've been recently introduced to Freediving by Miguel Lozano's Apnea Canarias Tenerife. It was a life changing experience. Letting go of my primal fears, learning about my mind, and pushing myself to do things i never imagined would be possible. One breath and accepting our authentic selves is all it takes to join the infinite blue in a divine choreography between man and the very source of life.
