Hi there!
As I'm new I just thought I'd drop in and say hi.
Just started freediving (I use the term loosely as I've only done a couple of pool sessions.) I am in england though so we don't have these warm tropical waters.....shame!
I look forward to chatting over the coming months and asking for advice when i feel at a dead end!
For now I'll leave my pb's....don't laugh too much. Hopefully I will look back over the next year and see how they have improved (with any luck)
Static - about 1.5mins. I find this really hard.....advice please.
Dymamic - 50m without fins. I feel much more comfortable doing this. On static I feel like a drowning victim!!
Ta ra for now
Jon

Hi Jon!

Whereabouts in England are you? I am in London.

Your dynamic PB is much better than mine!

Hi there,
I'm in Kenilworth, Warwickshire....about half an hour south of Birmingham...and as far away from the sea as you can possibly get in the u.k!
Cheers
