Hello everyone,
Just ran across this forum and since I am planning on going to a freediving school over winter break, I thought it would have been a nice idea to start from here.
I haven't done much proper freediving untill this summer. When before going on a sailing trip I was blessed with a pair of proper apnea fins and some weights. I am well aware that this is not a sport to be undermined, and that is why I am here. I am an avid smoker and I went down to 30 meters looking for a darn "hamour","cernia" (arabic, italian name for a fish) I don't know the english name sorry. Well.., he was wedged in a jaged hole staring at me straight in the eyes with his blisfull expression. To cut a long story short through out the voyage I saw it several times and yet no matter how much time i took aiming... To the point I seemed a sharpshooter in a trench; I never caught the bugger.
For now I'll stop at this, because soon I'll start pestering with plenty of questions. don't intend to be overwhelming.
Cheers
