Hello To all, New here and new to Diving really, I have done the intro to Diving swimming with the Sharks in Edinburgh and loved it, Really Enjoy Being near the Sea so ive got my own snorkelling gear etc and spear gun as my mate does the same thing so Im looking to start get more experience when I get off this Oil-Rig and maybe get into the proper Scuba side later on.

I will add an Avatar once I am back home and of the rigs.

Look Forward to getting more info from You all on Scuba diving, spear Fishing Etc Etc.

Can anyone give me a link or does anyone Know the Limits of what you can catch whilst Spearfishing In Scotland as I want to Know I.E How Many

I can take home and How many Lobsters and

I can take etc etc?

also

Is there a Law for Spearfishing in Scotland, Am I likely to get arrested for going speargunning in the Sea???

No law against spearfishing except in Marine Conservation Areas. As for take restrictions from the sea, not aware of any. Just exercise common sense and only take what you will use.

There are restrictions on shellfish sizes as well.
