Hello,
i am an Aussie living and working on Jeju Island in South Korea. I have worked as a boatbuilder and a fisherman. I'm into anything that involves the ocean.
I have been invited to dive with the haenyo - the women divers who collect seafood. So i am trying to learn what i can about free diving. I've just started swimming training in the pool but need some training strategies.
So please feel free to email me with suggestions on how to get started.

That sounds like a great opportunity - for me it would be a dream come true.

There are lots of suggestions for training strategies on this forum, mostly under Beginner Freediving, as Wilhelm says.
