Hey All
I haven't posted on here for awhile because I've upped sticks and moved to NZ. I've developed a nasty pie-eating habit on the way here and my fitness has taken a nose dive. So I need to get my sorry ass back into shape and I'm itching to get wet. So if anybody knows of a friendly club, or wants a training buddy in the Auckland area, please drop me line.

Thanks very much everyone. Are there any of you guys over here in Auckland? I've just watched that Guillaume Nery free fall film on here, and I'm inspired, time for me to start training again
