Yes! Put me down for some of those recipes, Argentinean steak is awesome! Unless of course you are vegetarian, in which case just yell 'heathens' or 'animales' at us to express your disgust ;) That 'che flaco' story had me crackin' up by the way lol

Hey, there's also a great place in Queens called 'La Porteña' if anyone's ever around and is interested... Kind of like the show 'Cheers', where everyone knows your name, but only because everyone's name is Che :) They seem as authentic as it gets outside of Buenos Aires, with an awesome parrillada (mixed grill) to go with their homemade chimichurri sauce, and a wine list full of hard to find Malbecs and Cabernets, it's fantastic! :friday
