Hi everyone, new diver here

hello guys and gals, I'm Tone, a newbie to the free diving, abalone diving world. Just trying to see where the best spots for a newbie to go and free dive along the Northern California coast and not get himself killed. I've been up and down from Santa Cruz to Fort Bragg but really haven't been the water much. Any pointers and info is helpful, thanks.

I know we have some NorCal spearos and ab divers in your neck of the woods. Some of them have joined fairly recently.
