Hello out there,

Just very new to this great way of bubble-free diving. I took a first course, AIDA** and some training this year in June in Dahab with freedivedahab.com where Lotta, Jacques, Remy & Stefan taught me the basics of freediving.
I immediately got infected even though I did not always manage to relax as much as I should have ... ahem ;)

Right now I spend some weeks in Southern Germany and use the time to learn step by step more about freediving and to collect some experiences in "mountain-lake-apnea" ;) - which is much more fun than I thought!

Soon I'll be back in Dahab . I can't wait to jump into the Red Sea!!!!!! And hope to find a dive buddy for some nice trainings in this most beautiful environment.

A great day to all of you,

Shnick-Shnack
