heyup everyone

good to be back at home.. been incredibly busy and tonight i cooked up a storm for the family, inlcuding ostrich steak and enormous amounts of SA wine.. heheheh

went for a run today, holy sh1t JHB is high altitude and polluted, no need for hypoxic tents here

hope you are all well.. when i get sorted will be back on line.. hopefully tomorrow night will be ablet o chat a bit..

good to be home! and definitely good to eat real food again...
