Hello,
I'm scuba diving since 1976 and have done lots of snorkeling too. I'm 52 years old, and live in Den Helder, Holland. I got interested in freediving through the documentary about Stig Severinsen. I'm planning on doing a course in freediving at the end of this year. My interest in this forum is learning about freediving in general.

Same here, only, we play underwaterhockey, the guy is 72 and still going strong!

Who will you be doing your course with?

I will be going to Dahab and find a course there. It will probably be AIDA 2 *.

In Dahab you are spoilt for choice! Freedive Dahab/Blue Immersion is a good start. Desert Divers, Sara Campbell, World of Freediving and Blue Ocean Freedivers to name just a few!
