Density
I am not an expert in this, but I' ve got Elios Medium Density and it is less flexible(not so comfortable) than Elios Low Density. On the other hand it is harder to tear up. It should also have some benefits if diving really deep.
Try to find the answers directly from Elios. They are always willing to help.

I'de say high denisty has less flexibility, less warmth and less bouyancy change. Durability? I don't know.
High density is less stretchy, less bouyancy change and is WARMER then low density. I have 3mm high density and a 3mm low density Elios suits. There is little difference on the surface but at depth say 10m-20m the high density is much warmer. The suit is less compressed so is thicker at that depth. Recomend the high density for spearfishing and normal stuff, really only need the extra stretch of the low density for competition style diving. Having said that I have done my deepest dive (80m) wearing the high density. It's not as much of a handicap as some people might think. The low density does make you glide (sink) much earlier in the dive which some people definitely prefer.
