Hey guys,
I am in the market for another reel for my One Air 120 (yup, a pneumatic, but this is a question about reels:)) as the Sporasub One 50 reel that I got with it is not half as good as it looks. Basically, the clutch is not sensitive enough and goes from completely free to locked in a matter of less than 1/4 turn. Also, the line easily comes off the reel and jams itself in between the reel and the "housing" of the reel.
So, now I am looking towards LGSUB but have not heard much about them - they do look well-made and simple though (LG TWIST Mulinello universale SMALL in derlin, diam. 80).

This leads to a few questions:
- Anyone with experience of LGSUB reels?
- Any pros or cons for a horizontal reel vs. a vertical one?
- And in terms of my Sporasub One reel, is it just mine which is a dud or are yours behaving the same?

I use the omer pelagic. I made a mount from polymorph and its a vertical reel. I use it on my mares sten 133 bluewater gun.

Thanks.
I am pretty set on the LGSUB if I can just find some decent shipping prices...
But I'll def keep your polymorph in mind. Good to hear it will work for stuff like this as well.
I actually have a brick of Sugru on its way, so I can play around with that.
