How about sporasub?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Sinc the black viper is discontinued how about the sporasub aspic it seems like a good gun and is cheaper than a black viper

Positive, positive, positive impression: it's a great gun for such a cheap and simple one.
--I gave an Aspic to my youngest cousin as a Christmas present (paid 45 euro) when he was 16, and now that he's 24 he's still using it as his primary and favourite gun.
--The only difference between Aspic and Viper (who share the same handle and muzzle) is in the barrell: the Aspic doesn't have the rail, but just the classic 28mm aluminium tube of the typical eurogun. The slim barrel gives it a lighter weight, easy tracking, excellent handiness, which is perfect for 75cm and 90cm guns.
--Older models are sold by standard the excellent Dessault 16mm bands, which shoot very well also with a 6,5mm shaft.
--If you buy, two tips:
§ dont' leave the small plastic adjustable shaft-guide in the middle of the barrell: better place the shaft-guide back on the barrell, very close to the handle, making sure that it's straight. This way it will be pretty accurate.
§ Put a cork (a cap from a bottle of wine) behind the muzzle (NOT in the barrell: behind the muzzle, into the hole for the circular band). With the cork it will be very well balanced.

Hey thanks for the help guys. While were at it, should I get a regular point or a multi prong head? and if multi prong how many and what style?

for my hunting conditions you can read the begining of this thread

multiprong in freshwater is necessary only for eels, no good for other fish.
If there's any eel in your lake, and if it's legal, let me know: we may open a thread in the freshwater technique section.
PS: my bad english: the cork is not to put behind the Aspic's muzzle, but under.
