Personally, I prefer Valsalva con aglio. Excellent reading, Linda, as usually. And although I had to smile at some technical / physical details, I better shut up, and don't comment on them, or you tell me I am a nerd (which is certainly true), and show me again you Piss Off badge.

The before and after photos are excellent - I think you should make a gallery of all your pupils (and husbands) before and after. It would be an interesting sociological study.

your "serious"post is coming close to your freediving, quality wise. That's in spite of the fact that Italians cant speak or write in English! well, you are the odd exception.

even the slowest learner will find the text informative and worth signing up for the course!
