When you take a breath how do u hold the air in your mouth? Do you make it full and pop the air in your cheeks or do you just swallow the air or what? I need a good way cause i think thats what is slowing me down.
thanks alot

Hi
i am not sure what are you asking...
Are you asking about packing?

Jure

To fill up yut cheeks is good when diving so you can use that air for equalisation.

For static apnea is good to move some preasure from lungs at the begining and later when you feel like your out of air you just take that one from you cheeks.
This might help you or might not; depends on you. You have to find yourself what's good for you.
