yellow people.
today finally the weater conditions and the water temperature were decent enogh in Tampere to alllow me to go to the water, I went to the lake looking for Northern Pike (Esox lucius) but what I found was a Teisti (in finnish)=rock gunnel or Butterfish "Pholis gunnellus"
becuase I was not sure of the regulation for this especific eel-like fish I did not speared but now when I know a bit better I changing my mind...jejeje
I have few questions to ask:
-Does anyone have eat one of this eel-like fish?(if yes how was it?)
-Any good recipies that you can suggest me?
Thanks in Advance
