This is my first message, I'm Olivier from Geneva, Switzerland, glad to join the community .
I started dry training 2 weeks ago and during my last breathold, my oxymeter indicated 50% of O2, so just in case I stopped, even though I probably still had an extra moderately easy 30 seconds . (new pb of 4min55 still!)
How low can I safely go in terms of O2 levels?
