Searched for this topic but couldn´t really find anything so I thought I´d just ask.
Pretty simple question. How much dry apnea training is too much? Excluding the actual diving here.
I´m new to freediving so I´m trying to navigate all the different opinions. I remember reading somewhere that breath holds should not be practiced more than 3 times a week and others that seem to think daily practice is no problem.
I get that pushing yourself really hard every day is probably a bad idea. But how much is too much?

Let your body tell you. As long as your practice sessions feel good productive and you feel like you are making progress, then you probably are not practicing too much. But if you have sessions that are not going well and can't even reach your normal levels, then you need to take a break.
