As I'm stuck in the country and rarely get a chance to hit the water, I've started doing CO2 / O2 tables to try and improve my max breath hold.
I've only just started and my max hold is only about 1:40 secs.
Is it ok for me to do them every day? (i.e. 1 x CO2 and 1 x O2 per day)
I've read that some people say to do them twice a week but really, am I going to do myself harm by doing them every day?
