From where have you ordered this book?
I live in Spain, so I think the only way is through
an amazon-like website (based in Italy??)

I live in Munich and there is an italian book store. They can order any italian book. That's how I got my copy of the book.

There should be book stores that are specialized on italian books in Spain, too. I think it should be a little cheaper than ordering by the italian amazon site. As far as I remember they charge a good amount for the shipment to foreign countries.
